Sheldon pursued his bachelor’s degree in baseness at the University of Roosevelt in Illinois. On completion of his degree course, he joined Northwestern where he decided to specify in finance and accounts. Over several years ISO has made acquisition with several countries who have greatly contributed to its expansion. These countries include; Canada, China, Australia, USA, India and Japan.

ISO Group which is a company that is piloted by Lavin has grown from a local meat butchery to an international company that processes meat with branches in Asia, Europe and America. The council awarded the firm for being the best for emitting products that barely lead to environmental degradation. Moreover, the company’s branch in the UK received the Green Business Award in 2016 and last year same branch was also bestowed with the International Safety: this company was the eleventh time this firm was receiving the award.

In an interview, the business man said that being creative and innovative runs deep in his blood. However, he stated that all his ideas would remain fantasies were it not for the ISO Group family. The business man also serves in the as a trustee of a medical center belonging to Rush University. He has partnered with Amick Farm which is a company that deals with poultry meat processing. He approached the company in 2011 with a proposal of funding its expansion.
